Sorry, but this is a stupid question but i thought i would add it anyways. I think my video card is causing my computer problems; so if i removed it, is there some way that a vga conector can be connected to the motherboard, is there some special connector for a some default chip on the board that could act as a cheap video card; otherwise go buy a cheap video card? My motherboard is asus A8N sli deluxe

Normally yes, if there's an onboard connector and integrated graphics. However, I don't think this board does. It was pretty common for only low end boards of that era to have onboard graphics while higher end boards didn't as they assumed you that you'd want to add your own - and that's a board towards the higher end.

You'd have to get another video card. You could probably pick up a second hand one easily, or you could grab a 6450 new and these aren't criminally expensive.

PC World have some brand GT210's, 5450's and others for under the 30 euro mark.
