Yep,I have the model before with tdci 115.
150k miles going great.make sure the timing belt/chain has been done they cause major damage..
The injectors give problems on my model and are costly to get changed.
The dash is a beauty in the one you are looking at.....green eyed monster I want one

Avensis is muck compared to a well specced Mondeo. Ford autos are not the best in the business but they are still ok imho.

Mondeos are great cars (I have an 09) but not that one. SERIOUSLY overpriced, even for a titanium. Worth €12-13k IMO.

Plenty of them out there though so shouldn't be too hard to find one for your budget but make get one in Zetec spec as a minimum and ideally with a 6-speed gearbox if it doesn't have to be Auto

Not too many diesel auto Mondeos about as the motor tax was deemed above average even on the Co2 system.
