How do I make bunting?

I want to make bunting Using two separate colours.

It's for a party and it needs to look good.

How do I do it?

Do you want to make from plastic or fabric?

Will it be disposable?

Will it be for use inside?

If its for inside and you want it made from plastic, then buy some tape like this:

Buy a few meters of vinyl, a light oil cloth or a good quality vinyl table cloth should be ok.

If you have the use of a rotary cuter it will make this much easier.

If you want the triangles to be 6 inches from base to tip, then cut 6 inch strips in the vinyl.

Mark as below:

Either glue or stitch the triangles to the tape.

You can get lovely binding and material on Ebay if you want something a little special like lace or crochet rather than a plain binding.
