Hi all. Would anyone be able to recommend a good physio in the town or surrounds? Have some current run/cycle niggles and have never used a physio this side of the country. All info appreciated.

I've used Michelle Gallagher opposite St. Patricks a number of times for a broken/sprained ankle and a back injury. Couldn't recommend her enough and she works on Saturdays which makes it super-easy if you're working mid-week.

Robbie in Louth Physio gets my recommendation.
If you see him ask him has he tried the Avenches yet - he'll know what you mean! :D
