    Hi guys,

I have been bulking past 2 months but during that time I stopped going to the gym so the bulking has turned into fat mainly at the stomach and chest area. Now after bulking (from 59KG to 66/67KG, target is to 70+KG), I want to lose the fat but at the same time keep the weight that I am because I do not want to return being skinny again. How can I achieve this? I know the healthy diet plus weight lifting and cardio but does this not burn the fat plus lose weight? Is it even possible without losing weight? Need some advice please. Thanking you in advance

    Muscle doesn't turn into fat.
Simply, you gotten fat as you ate lots of food without going to the gym.

    This really brightened my day.

But in all seriousness, no OP. You've gained fat, not muscle. So when you start to get rid of the fat your weight will go down. You should definitely, you know, go to the gym next time you are "bulking".
