New entrant DAS

I have a friend who bought some land with no entitlements but I think he should qualify for DAS payment where should he apply

There's a DAS section in Portlaoise. They don't answer their phone though, SFP section told me that.

Go on to the Department main website and if you ring the general number there they'll tell you who to ring.

im fairly sure that if you put it in for area aid in may it will automatically be paid to you then in september

You will also have to stock it to the minimum level, 0.15 livestock units to hectare or above was level in 2012.

No he wont just get a blank one from departments website and fill it in
