While working on a suspension I've cone across a seized bolt that neither my impact gun or penetrating fluid will shift. I need to get some heat on this and I was wondering where is the best place to get a handheld torch? The bolt and component are all steel.

    I'm in Dublin - thanks!

A cheap plumbers gas torch from your local builders merchant or DIY store should do the job.

Rothenberger superfire 3 with a MAPP gas bottle are great.

Intwresting tool - seems to work on induction. Looks less cool than walking around with a open flame though ;)

Quick look on ebay and theres a couple with buy it nows for stg£650.

Youd want to be taking off a lot of seized bolts.

It's very expensive alright. Comes in a kit with different size coils and one coil like a rope that you can wrap around whatever you need to heat.
Handy in a tight space when you cant use a flame.

I suppose there are places where gas may not be allowed for reasons of insurance or flammables etc and this might be allowed.
