My sleep pattern is all over the place right now, welcome back insomnia.
I've been working nights and trying to get back to 'normal', so is it too late to take a bath at 2.30am in the hope it might help me sleep?

It depends, are you full of pills and alcohol? If not, then no ;)

Sure bring the deep fat fryer in and make chips while you're in the bath, write a haiku, invent a new form of bean flicking. You're an adult and you can do what you like.

Never too late. Just don't fall asleep in it.

No pills, or alcohol, maybe that's something I should have considered.
Is it too later to take some pills or alcohol in the hopes of sleeping at some stage tonight and functioning, on some level, tomorrow?

Anyway, while you're thinking about it you could be naked and stepping into the nice hot soapy water..
Here I'm off to bed. Nite. Sweet dreams.

Its very much alive and thrusting

In all seriousness, I would imagine it to be relaxing and helpful in the process of sleeping

Most people are wallowing in their own filth around this time.

    Perfectly normal.

I don't have an immersion, so I don't suffer from that stressful panic attack I have witnessed when people suddenly think about the immersion, and the dreaded question.... did you turn it off???

I once shat in the bath.

There is nothing like a soak in a hot bubble bath to relax and chill out, add a glass of wine, some candles and something trashy to read and it's my little piece of heaven.
I'm a gal of simple pleasures, sometimes.

I didn't have shower cos the gym was closing, and now my nuts are sporting a dull onion-vinger fragrance.

Maybe I should have a bath too.

Dude, that's just nasty. There are things you shouldn't feel the need to share, and that information should go on that list.

*sees girl on the internet talking about taking a bath*

    *attempts to formulate flirty reply*

*is too tired and drunk, can only manage "desperate and sweaty"*

    *settles for creepy reply*

    *is too good for that*

    *reluctantly settles for...*

    PM sent!

So are ya posting from the bath yet or what?

Noise of the attic tank refilling means late night baths are out of the question here unfortunately

    I have returned.
I believe that late night is the perfect time for baths, less likely to be interrupted or disturbed but ringing phones and stuff and stuff.
Apparently I don't have an attic tank, it's what I was once told and not something I have ever bothered to confirm!
