Just wondering if anyone knows if boots will accept returned hairdye?
On the back of my reciept is says they cannot accept returned cosmetics unless faulty .. does this include hairdye?

Is the dye faulty or have you just changed your mind? Boots will be under no obligation to give you a refund if its not faulty. Most companies will give you a refund as customer satisfaction but that's all. Best bet is to ring them or pop in.

I actually rang boots earlier on today.
The dye wasnt faulty I just changed my mind on it, but they said I could get a refund on it as no seals had been broken or anything (so suitable for resale) and it had been under 28 days since I had bought it.
I also had some hair dye that I changed my mind on that I bought maybe 29-30 days ago, and they said I would get an exchange on that item, which I thought really fair of them.
