    Hi Motoring boardsies,

    Was hoping for your input please for my mother as I know nothing about cars.

    Her 95 Micra was stolen so she is out for something new in the €5,000 bracket. She test drove a 1.1L Hyundai Getz CDX today and was happy with it. 21,000m/34,000k on the clock and the garage is offering it at 5,250 with a 1 year warranty. There was another one knocking around cheaper but it has 51,000m on the clock.

    Profile wise she is Dublin based and just uses it for getting around the city. No trips down the country or motorway driving really. Doubt she does 100k a week.

    Have had a search on the forum and a few older threads found seem positive.

    So is there any glaring concerns with this or is there something else she should be looking at?
