I think it is 150k km on the 1.6 TDCi. A quick phone call to a Ford dealer will confirm though.

Thanks for the help. Does anyone have any views on them what are they like I'm thinking of buying one ?

The interval is 200,000km or 10 years, whichever comes first.

The 1.8 tdci are a less troublesome engine imo and it's the engine id be going for if buying a focus van.

    Yes the interval is correct.

You can check it yourself on the Ford Etis site:

Thanks so much. I wasn't doubting you I just wanted to double check as I know the new model was out in 2008 too.

It wasn't a new model though, it was only a mid life facelift, all engines were carried over. That model wasn't replaced until 2011.

Thanks lads for all the help went to look at the 08 van. To say it was rough words wouldn't describe how bad it was. The body and inside we're wrecked all lacquer was peeling of the paint. The engine was completly covered in oil I mean covered all injectors all top of the engine I didn't even bother to start it tbh it was one of the roughest vans I ever say. The guy on the phone said it was mint. He wasted 4 hours of our time anyway. I'm not that annoyed about it it is all just part of buying a car I suppose. Pictures in ads never seem to give a true image of the car at all.
