    Can someone explain to me what an "network upfront" is? If I had to guess it would be to say when the networks announce what shows they are renewing

    You are correct sir, its when they announce what pilots are picked up to series + what current shows are getting renewed + what current shows are getting cancelled.

    whats the point really, didnt they all jump the gun last year and announced everything that was renewed nearly a month beforehand, sure the CW announced 3 renewals already,
