Change device in play store?

    Hi recently got a new phone but play store app isnt preloaded? how do i get the app?

    I cant change my device on the website either...any help appreciated :)

    No Play Store? What phone is it? Are you sure it's just not the previous version called Market?

    its a lenovo a789 from china, theres a lenovo store app but its in chinese!

    Possibly doesn't qualify for the play store then. Devices have to meet certain criteria to be able to use the Play store, it could just be blocked either.

    its compatible according to the play store site. if i could change my device it might help
