I would like to find out what speed I am entitled to and what speed I am getting. Currently doing a test online - I am only receiving what appears to be 1mb which is poor to be honest.

I need to know if my line speed can be increased also if possible as I work from home quite regularly and the speed I am getting is insufficient.

    Hi Mc Love

Can you PM me with your telephone number or eircom account number and I will look into the current speeds you are getting as well as the broadband capability.

    Thanks, Mark
