yes it was €3 euro for mink haven't received any payment yet think it had to send it off to some local government agency via the regional games council of your county.

Doing research on grey squirrels and would be interested in knowing where these greys are located if possible?

I am seeing a resurgence of the red squirrel around here. nobody shoots the greys, but i haven't seen one inyears.

The reds predominated in the 70's, then the greys came around and now the reds are back.

We've got lots of pine martens around here, but only in the last 10 years. Possible link?

I think both Mink and Squirrel bounty's are still ongoing! Both bounty's are 3 euro! The squirrel has completely vanished from our club area due to a huge rise in Pine Marten numbers, which coincides with the rise in forestry plantation!

    Definite link.
The grey is bigger and heavier than the red so they cannot use thinner branches to escape the pine marten.

Recieved payment today at quarterly meeting. Possibility of fur farmers buying pelts from next Nov-March in conjunction with mink bounty.

That's not an easy task! You have too make stretching boards, skin the Mink properly, remove fat from the pelt, pin onto boards and leave to dry! I've done a couple just to try it out!
