USB 3.0 front panel

Just built up my new PC and I have two issues...

    1. I have an issue with my USB 3.0 front panel ports. When I boot my PC up it doesn't recognize that they are even there and in device manager, it has the exclamation mark beside one of the USB 3.0 Host Controllers, of course the driver is up to date etc. But this is where it gets even odder. If I restart my PC, it recognizes them straight away. So basically only ever second time I turn on my PC they work?

    2. I am with UPC, I have a wireless dongle that they gave me, I plan to get a wireless card soon, but for now I use this. When I set up my PC I popped it in the front panel USB port, and it worked. Now that's the only port it will work in. When its in there the PC will automatically connect to the internet, but if I put it in any other port, it wont. It knows the dongle is there, but wont connect.

This is my first PC built with Win7, so not sure if there is something I'm missing?

    Cheers!

Why move it if it's working.

I think the problem is you need to re-enter the upc password if you change ports. W7 will only remember it for whatever port you have it in.
