    Is this compatible with Irish accounts?

    It says: "Currently, this item is available only to customers located in the United States and who have a U.S. billing address."

    Probably not as they have region lock on subs.

    Dunno - I was able to get one from amazon.com this time last year and it worked but I don't recall any mention of the region lock at the time. I have a us address on my account that I have used for deliveries so maybe that helped? I'll have a look at the order from last year and see what it says....

    just checked my order from last year - i changed the billing and delivery address to my US address and got the code and it worked fine.

    anyway, if you're not sure about getting it from the states, it looks like amazon.co.uk have price matched Argos UK @ £27.99 so you could get it there for slightly more and not worry about region locking. Looking at the price history, this is the lowest price amazon UK have sold it at and was only at this price on 2 other occassions in 2012 and 2010.
