    Does anyone know of some sports nutritionist that can help me implement my paleo diet. Ive started it alright but just need some help in refining it. Thanks in advance.

    I saw a post on FB, but he was in N.Ireland.

    Do you need to tweak the diet for specific needs? Or do you just need help actually doing it?

    Hey I've been fully paleo for about six months, I could probably help, are you looking to tweak it for fat loss or are you more concerned about an allergy/intolerance?

    Im 79kg, 1m 78cm. I am having a bullet proof coffee in the morning. For lunch Im having either salmon/ mince/ chicken (around 8oz), carrots, broccoli and cauliflower. For dinner I'm having either a paleo stir fry with mince/ chicken (8oz) and 2 chopped peppers and mushrooms or maybe a paleo chicken curry http://clearlakecf.squarespace.com/recipes-zone-and-paleo/post/1410357. Im finding more recipes as time goes on. Im looking to lean up and have some sunwarrior protein before and after workouts. Im having the bulletproof coffee at the moment till I get rid of some of the abdominal fat.

    Irish Paleo Girl has a blog and on Facebook (google should find both). Some very good info and recipies. Think she's studying nutrition therapy too.

    I've started doing roasts for dinner, like roasting chicken thigh or pork loin chops with any vegetable you want, I LOVE cutting turnip, parsnips, carrots into chunks and roasting them. But stir-frys and curries are very handy because you can add the leftovers to a lunch box and have them at work or college!
