Hi, I have a garage over 40 years old. The walls are in good condition (bare on the inside). 4 out of 5 of the roof beams are intact.

Even though the garage is old, is it still possible to use what's already there? i.e insualte the walls? Soundproff them, plaster them. Put up a new flat roof over the existing beams (repairing the damaged one). Install skylights?
