    Hi all,

Replaced my mb few months back and completely forgot about the CPU fan until last night when I was rendering video it was clocking at 70c+. Whatever way the old bracket on the old mb was it had it CPU fan pushing the hot air out the back of the case. Now that the bracket is different its just pushing the air down and around the entire case not the greatest idea. It is Arctic Cooling Freezer 64 unfortunately nowhere seems to have it any ideas on something similar?

I can only make a suggestion based in my own experience, which isn't extensive, but I have had great performance from the Noctua D14. It's a decent price and widely regarded to be one of the best air coolers you can buy. It's fairly bulky though so make sure it all fits!

Jasus the size of that. :D

Was thinking something more on the lines of http://www.pixmania.ie/ie/uk/11658695/art/cooler-master/hyper-tx3-evo-cooler.html as a don't game only time I'm maxing the CPU is when im rendering video.

Does the case have a top vent, if you can point it downwards you should be able to point it upwards too?

No top vent had it pointing up for a while put the PSU fan was going mad. Just bought this http://www.pixmania.ie/ie/uk/11643609/art/cooler-master/hyper-212-evo-processor-c.html along with http://www.pixmania.ie/ie/uk/12409262/art/corsair/pack-of-two-air-series-af.html expensive but worth it imo.

Good choice. Why couldn't you have had the artic cooler venting out the back though?

Quick update, fans came today but slight problem evo 212 works great actually a lot easier to install than first thought. But the case fans have a 3 pin connecter and the motherboard on has a 4 pin the fans work fine just I cannot control the speed and are currently running at their full rpm any ideas on a fix?
