Not a customer of this LBS but had to make a stop this morning after discovering I'd lost one of the retaining screws on an SPD cleat.

They provided a replacement from their bits box free of charge and a stool to sit on.

Will definitely go out of my way to purchase my next spare tube/mini pump or whatever there.

Just felt the need to share the positive vibes man.

I work about 500 metres away and can thoroughly recommend the place. Great staff, always enthusiastic and know their stuff.

Went in today, great selection of Pinarello, Colnago and Giant road bikes. Seem to do a good range of Assos clothing. Staff are V friendly. I'd recommend a visit if on the market for some quality kit.

    Worst customer service, ever.

    Here's my story:
I got a quote for bike from them, for bike2work scheme, company paid it, and I gave the voucher to them.
After few days I asked where's the bike, and a guy from there just replied "sorry, we don't have that bike." That's it, nothing more!!
Later when I visited them (had to, guy said he'll call me but never did), he said that they lost my quote and don't know which bike I ordered. After I copied original quotation and sent all papers I have to them, and they said I'll get my bike in one month (that should be beginning of Sept.). Thats ok, I understand that, there were no giant defy xl in whole Ireland, I checked with other shops.

Now its mid of Sept, already sent 3 emails, no response.
Will visit them later today to check order status.

They just don't reply to calls and emails, and you have to beg them for more information about bike that you paid.

If they have a bike in a shop and price is good, buy it. If not, go to some other shop.
