Hey guys looking for a little bit of help. I have just started a new job as a cancer research nurse after being employed in inpatient cancer care for the last few years. However in my new job I am employed by a university not a hospital (I am based in the hospital though). I don't wear a uniform (just ya know white coats and tidy office wear). Am I entitled to the uniform tax credit based on the fact I am working in the hospital and providing my own clothes which I launder myself? Don't want to be claiming when I am not entitled to it but don't want to lose it if I am entitled to it. Hope ye can help! :)
