reliable, keenly priced service (Naas)

As title says.

VW Passat in need of a service, always took it to a garage in clondalkin until recently, but now its just a pain getting to and from the garage from here.

Few issues with the car of late.

First, warning came up on dash in Saturday "emissions, garage" mechanic advised me on phone to put Deptane in it. (engine light still on though)

Then, oil light came on today, went to top it up, and the cap is missing from under the bonnet :mad:

The car has been due a service now for a few weeks but my regular mechanic just keeps giving me dates that don't suit me.

I've new oil cap sorted for the morning (€10) so will stick it on in the am after I top the car up.

Any suggestions/advise for a reputable/good value mechanic in the Naas area?

Try pat fahey, pfm motors in the industrial estate on the Dublin road (opposite the cinema, beside the racecourse) While you're in there try fitzpatricks opel as they often do a basic service offer (oil filter inspection etc)
