    Match talk, and stuff.

Sturridge out for Liverpool, Shelvey in is the rumour. Coutinho to make the bench perhaps with a late cameo for his first appearance.

hopefully sturridge will surprise us and make it

i'd also much prefer to see coutinho than downing/shelvey, i'd even prefer to have another look at borini than shelvey/downing

Have a horrible feeling that we might be in for a crushingly frustrating draw which would all but rule us out of the Champions League race and be a seriously bursting of the optimism bubble that has grown after some decent performances and results.

Massive game. 3 points a must.

1-0 to the 'Pool, its going to be a hard fought game me reckon, plus Liverpool never tend to do well playing on Monday, dunno why though

Despite me thinking they will win, I think its far too late. Far too many losses and draws during the season :(

Surely not Shelvey in the front 3, I'd like to see Sterling get a game after his time out of the team

Foster; Reid, McAuley, Olsson, Ridgewell, Mulumbu, Yacob, Dorrans, Morrison, Brunt, Long

An attacking 3 who have all played in the deeper role for WBA this season at points. Hmm...

Fair point, developing a bit of squad dept which is nice. Hard earned 2-1 victory

Very poor selection by Clarke in that case, considering how Liverpool have struggled against big target men this season.

But Lukaku isn't a target man...... he's big, but far from a target man who West Brom knock balls up to.

Mulumbu back is huge for West Brom, himself and Yacob will hold their own in the middle. They'll get a result of some sort tonight imo.

long has caused problems against us. We're not great at dealing with direct runners as well as big target men.

Because he's been brilliant the last 2 games and we need his leadership at the moment IMO.

Carra 16/1 to score any time. Lump on. He is up for every corner/free, cant say he isnt due one either.

    Is Kuyt flying in?

Massive match for Shelvey tonight. Rodgers has been clear that he wants players who can step up to the plate and quite frankly Shelvey needs to start showing up to matches.
