    Hi folks,
Just wondering have any of you ever stayed overnight in the terminal itself?
Catching an early morning Ryanair flight through there, but the cost of nearby hotel is very pricey.
Options are overnight it on floor and definitely make flight, or fly out at 625 from Dublin, arrive at 740 for 825 flight to Italy?
    How doaable?
    Cheers

I have taken that 6:25 a lot, its usually on time as its first flight so no knock on delays.

45 minutes is too big a risk though.

A 45 minute window gives you 5 minutes to get from your seat of the Dublin flight to the check desk at Stansted for the onward flight to Italy in order to meet the required deadline.

It might be doable if the Dublin flight gets in early. (Early morning arrivals often do), but there isn't a chance of doing it in 5 minutes and I definitely wouldn't risk it.

I've never stayed overnight in Stansted but being a busy airport I assume there will be many people doing so.

Bring a good book and find a spot to set up in for the night.

I reckon the only thing to bother you will be the noise from the floor cleaners as they scoot around the wide open spaces of the terminal during the night.

Stayed overnight in stansted a couple of times albeit in 2004-05. Not the most comfortable experience but doable. From what I remember not many seats without armrests in between so hard to get somewhere other than the floor to lie.

have stayed B&B at Little Bullocks farm nearby when I had an early morning flight...
depends how important the trip is to you...will it matter if you don't actually get any sleep??? might happen
