    Project Red.
Well planned, but was it so well planned that the reason given for it's rushed introduction, the "leak" itself, was fabricated to enable it's rushed passing?

Surely the divulging of such confidential plans deserves more scrutiny?

But Eamon Gilmore has been credited as saying the leak did not come from Dublin.

Brings a previous leak to mind:

So, should the reliability and trustworthiness of those in possession of what could be termed state issues/secrets whether in Irish or European political circles be an issue or should we just forget about where the leak emanated from?
