    Ok so I enjoy doing strongman type conditioning as part of my training does anyone know of any gyms that give access to a prowler sled & a farmers walk? I know Ironside in Blackrock have them but are there others? I am not interested in modified strongman classes.

    If I am not mistaken RAW Gym have a prowler, not sure about farmers walk bars though. However a set of Fat Gripz on heavy dumbbells will do much the same thing

    That looked sore! Didn't ask for somewhere I can lift atlas stones though:)

    Might have to start building stuff yourself. Tried to make a concrete log last week. Not too sure but it could be slightly too heavy for me to even get off the ground lol.

    Off down to the Friday market to pick up a 5' crow bar. Hopefully!
