I took bioxsine is it harmful?

    I was in the shower and I went to pick up a shower gel when I saw this bioxsine (family members) lying about. After a bit of read of what's on the box I took a bit as I'm starting to have a residing hair line. My mum then started yelling at me when she said there's chemicals and all that in it. I know she dosent really know a whole bit of what she's talking about but is it harmful and should I take it? should I get a prescription to take it?
