A serious look at "Aliens" from a Christian point of view. Also gives a lot of details on the development of the UFO phenomena in the post-World War II era.

    Its quite a long video.
Im going to presume right away this is going along the lines of Alien indications from biblical scholars etc.

Is there anything you think I might not have covered already in this?
I think I watched every CT documentary I could literally find worth watching, back around 2008-2012.
Zacharia Sitchin's work comes to mind here. I know my spelling is wrong but ...meh.. lol

Torakx have you across Michael Heiser's debunking of Setichin or however you spell him?

He is a very interesting scholar.

By the way what does your screen name mean?

I do believe though in the book of Enoch. So does Michael Heiser by the way. I also believe that there was genetic manipulation in the past which could have been the reason behind the flood. I was thinking of starting a thread on this in the Christianity forum but Im banned from there.

    I dont recall the name.
But have seen theories debunking te ancient alien theories, for example the carvings on walls being re-carved over generations, making some symbols overlapping look like spacecraft etc.
However I do consider the lightbulb carving to be very intereting and possibly a sign he Egyptians at least, had technology we may not have recognised existed back then.

Funny you ask about my name, nobody has until now lol
But many presume its to do with the word Torah or related.

I started reading The Lord of the Rings when I was twelve, after bugging my mother for fricken ages to buy it for me! lol
She thought I wouldnt be able to read it O.o

I read it twice and had not put down a fantasy book for many many years after.
David Eddings series had many gods.
The God of Chaos was Torak. He was the black sheep of Gods.
Something I could relate to hehe.

I would guess the cult i was in had undertones which made me more prone to heading in this direction unconsciously.
And a fantasy world was a great way to escape boredom when I was restricted from joining clubs and so on.

Torakx allows me to use that name without much conflict with other players in many MMORPG's, online games that is. :D
Ingame mostly friends would refer to me as just Tor.

Probably because there shouldn't be a real physical reason for the Flood...
I have read in a book (made of paper!! Omg!!) that the flood may have been caused by a meteorite strike. It pointed the finger at the west coast of north and south america and at how much barren salty land there is there. Kind of makes some sense in fairness, but it could be anything.
As to the genetic manipulation? Well, conventional history has us rising from caves 20,000 years ago or less. But Graham Hancock has found lots of evidence (some questionable) of civilisations activities before the sea levels rose to current levels.
Which reminds me. I have looked up these frozen mammoth remains that were found in northern russia. But i have an awful time wading through these happy clappy christian websites. Nooffence intended but i am pretty much atheist. There seems to be very little (that i can find) non religious information on that subject.
The mammoths extinction event does seem to fall within the realm of the meteorite strike i mentioned above, but it seems to be a subject that conventional science doesn't want to spend too much time on. Maybe i'm wrong but thats what google shows me. I cant go to uber libraries either. I aint got no time fo dat!
Is anybody here a closet mammothologist?
