    so to summarise;

    1)We actively warn people not to order from them.

    2)You ordered anyway

    3)you've had a bad experience

    cancel the order. seriously. phone up your CC and explain that the transaction must not go through.

    Too late I'm afraid its already billed. I'm not worried about receiving the goods as such I'm just pissed at how useless they are.

    you can turn away the delivery man, and cancel the order afterwards. youre covered under DSR.

    You'd be better to refuse to accept them and recall the funds as teabag has suggested. If you dont and something goes wrong you'll spend months fighting them over the RMA(s).

    They could be a terrible company for all I know, but it's hard to take your opinion seriously when you conduct yourself like this. (f*** this, sh** that).

    You just come across as rude and ignorant.

    Come to think of it, I don't think I've ever looked at it...

    Edit: Ugh, now I have a headache.

    Im not a big fan of HWVS website either with their layout. Not the easiest site to browse. Cant argue with their prices though :)

    It's not too bad once you get used to it, though some stuff is in weird places. Try find PSUs through categories for instance.

    The site that takes the cake for worst layout EVAR though? NCIX. :)
