I know they released new regulations for permanent residency this year. A few of my friends have applied who are still in Canada, but I'm wondering if anyone has done this from Ireland or somewhere else. I'm back in Ireland, and would like to apply. I know you need to do a language test. Can you do this from Ireland does anyone know?
