I got a letter a couple of weeks ago saying my job seekers benefit was due to expire bla bla bla. So they gave me the form to fill in but it mentioned if i was given a code which i was i could also fill in the form online.

I done this the same day and submitted it but ive heard nothing not even a confirmation email that it was received like you get with most online services.

Just dont want to end up being told my claim is dead cause i never replied to them.... Has anyone used this before ?

Never heard of this myself, i would ring the local office and find out if they have received your claim, if you can't get through ring citizens info and see.

These forms are normally issued 10 weeks before the expiry date. You should get a JA decision prior to the claim expiring.
