My uncle who is of 50 yrs old is thinking of going to Canada to get work.
He is a bricklayer by trade and is hearing of all the construction work over there.
What would be the best visa or route to go through for him.

For Alberta this would be a good fit for him if he has his papers.

He needs to have a job offer though, that could be the tricky part

To get a job offer is it as simple as applying for jobs online or is there a certain channel he has go through?

    Apply online, make calls.
If you sign up for skype at present you will get a month of free international calls.
You need to amke sure the company on the other end knows that you or he needs an LMO from the outset
