At a guess i'd say you're eating a carb heavy diet, and you're not eating nearly enough.

Ditch the toast, the scone, the bread in fact, get rid of it, you need to be at about 1600 cal's per day, which may seem like a lot of food, and the opposite of what you may think, but once you get your protein, carbs and fat's balanced out, you'll start to make good progress.

Not really, I'm saying you should record what you eat, and figure out the breakdown in %'s, see what work's for you, chances are low carb will yield positive results.

One finally thing, stay away from low fat, and anything with sugar in it, read the labels, and buy nothing in packets ( give or take )

Yes i know it's a lot to take in, but it's not diet you need, it's a lifestyle adjustment, loosing weight and keeping it off must be sustainable, other wise you will get lazy and put it back on.
