Cycling Ireland registration

    Can you get a licensee from Cycling Ireland online? Nevermind I can see it now that they approved my membership/registration to the site.

    I can't see anything on there website where I can pay for this. Want to get a licensee that will let me race A4 this year.

    Any one know when the 2013 year book might be issued. Got membership card ages ago .
