refresher first aid course

A few years ago I organised a first aid course for lads involved in martial arts, that is now up as it should be renewed every 2 years. Due to a nudge from ais the bash I have organised a 1 day refresher course, which means your certs are still valid and if (like Ais) your doing a cuts man course your already up to speed…

A few years ago I organised a first aid course for lads involved in martial arts, that is now up as it should be renewed every 2 years.

Due to a nudge from ais the bash I have organised a 1 day refresher course, which means your certs are still valid and if (like Ais) your doing a cuts man course your already up to speed on the first aid.

Its open to all, and is nothing to do with me, I am just organising it as a good few of my lads need to do it.

It will be held on a sat or sun, which ever day suits.

The cost of the refresher day is €35, and has a max of 20 people.
