Sounds rather interesting + John Goodman....anyone spy it?

Dancing On The Edge is a drama series broadcast on BBC TWO. The series is set during the early 1930s and follows the fortunes of a black jazz band in London during times of extraordinary change.

    Season 1 , Episode 1

Louis Lester becomes taken with Sarah, a young photographer. The partygoers watch with amazement as Prince George, the Duke of Kent, flirts with the two singers Jessie and Carla, and even plays the drums with the band. After the band fail to sign in with the Alien Registration Office one week deportation threatens. Stanley comes to the rescue just in the nick of time though. Wealthy businessman Mr Masterson invites on the band on a train trip and Pamela and Stanley continue their flirtations and begin a passionate affair. Wesley, the band’s manager, becomes a disruptive presence after he begins an argument over contracts. The hotel management aren’t imprssed and as the band’s popularity rises, Wesley is deported at the moment Louis is about to perform in a special concert for the Prince of Wales.

Just watched the first two episodes, think its really good so far.
Goodman's part has been small but I feel he's going to play a bigger part soon.

End of episode 2 =
