How long do you spend doing nothing in the evenings?

By doing nothing I mean nothing constructive. i.e. sitting watching tv/ on the Internet.
By in the evenings, I mean on a typical week/ work night in wintertime.

I generally spend at least 2 hours, sometimes accompanied by fleeting moments of guilt.

I finish work and then go to college. 5 nights a week. Leave the house at 7.30am and get home bout 10.30 or 11pm. No such thing as free time for me

Each day is different but even the basics like cooking eating and cleaning up after it take time.

Other than that, just activities.

I hit the Gym 3 -4 evenings a week so that passes time. Other evenings off watch a little TV (Sky+ is the best) or else on boards and skyping people.

Depends if I have evening classes/exercise classes going on. If I do then yea, I'll happily chill out after for an hour or two if I've time. If I've the whole evening free, rare as it is, I'd be twitching if I sat around any longer
