    Reinstall vista.

or ccleaner be the most popular otherwise but can't beat a reinstall after 5 years.

End user opinions will vary on Reg Cleaners, ccleaner and a fresh OS install every 6 or so months should be fine.

Registry cleaners will not speed up your computer. Don't pay money for one.

Well, after a solid 5 years you have gotten a pretty good ride out of this installation, I wouldn't waste time with cleaning, Windows rot is pretty much immune to these little helpers, they can only do so much. ;)

If you have the disk and drivers handy, a clean installation is a matter of half an hour. Make sure you have your personal stuff backed up.
