I like these games where we're expected to guess what car it is the OP is on about. Make, Model & year of the car generally helps with these kind of things. :D

The nozzle? A dealer or a breakers yard or ebay or pretty much anywhere really.

The tyres - spend some money; they are your only contact with the road. I usually buy online, but if you do so make sure you factor the cost of fitting and balancing by a local tyre place

Halfords do cheap washer jets, can't say what model car they fit though.
Might get you out of a hole!

I've been using Tyreland for part worn tyres for the last couple of years.
They come in around the same price as a new "budget" brand, but so far I've had good Dunlop and Pirelli tyres with plenty of meat left on them.
Granted they are not new, but they have more grip than a cheapo budget brand tyre.

    Just my 2c worth.

had the nozzle blocked before and the garage used compressed air to free it at no cost.

The nozzles can be blown out as mentioned above but if they are really clogged up with limescale from just using tap water in them then remove them and leave them overnight in a cup of cillit bang or similar.

Meant to post back here earlier. If it's an issue with limescale, you can't beat a bit of vinegar. I recently unclogged a car radiator with 6 bottles of Aldi's finest. Did the job and a hell of a lot cheaper than a new rad.

When I was flushing out the radiator I had forgotten just how bad the water in the area was! Quite a bit of limescale settled at the bottom of the rad. The water in the area will have limescale thick on the bottom of a kettle after 3 - 4 uses. It had slipped my mind as we always use water filters around here. That was my lesson for that week. Never forget the simple things.
