Just want see what the people of after hours think,
Just spoke to a friend who said he was driving this morning and some old geezer came across into his lane and put the breaks on so my friend, went into the back of him ,
Now there was no damage to either the car ,but the old Geezer tried to blame my friend who didn't;t agree and thought it was the old geezers fault, Any way the Old geezer said his wife who was in the car had previous back and my friend better hope she's ok ,

Now my question is they never rang the Garda and the old dude just took my friends Reg and phone number ( no idea why he gave him it) Does he have a leg to stand on if he tried to blame or hold my friend for injuries that his wife might have ?

    Hi OP.
This is not suitable to After Hours. We cannot allow legal advice for, um, legal reasons.
    Speak to the gardai/insurance company.
