Recommend a Power Flush in Dublin 24

I had posted on here a while back about my Mam's house having an issue with a knocking noise in a rad that wasn't filling or bleeding. That problem is persisting so I'd like to identify someone reputable for her to get in to look at it.

Then she came across power flushes and saw a couple of offers online. I did some searching here and it seems that done correctly, a power flush can have a lot of benefits. The system (open vented oil boiler system) is 30 or so years old and though I think the boiler was replaced 5-10 years ago, I think it's been many years since it was cleaned out so a flush might be advisable anyway. It's also possible that the flush might sort out the knocking noise.

From the searches I saw here, it seems clear that the cheaper, 1 hour jobs aren't worthwhile so want to get advice on what power flush service to go for and any details of anyone on here or other recommended folks that does them in D24.

The house is reasonably large with about 10 rads. I reckon the rad in the problem room will need to be taken off the wall for a closer look. I reckon double-checking the balancing of the rads while they're at it would be best too. Is it worthwhile getting a service for the oil boiler along with the power flush (I've been told in the past that services for gas boilers are largely irrelevant, not sure if that's the same for oil boilers).

    Thanks for any suggestions.
