Are the signing on days for each month the same all over the country? Mine is Tuesday 5th Feb, but I read somewhere in here a few days ago that the dates were all changed?

I was never informed of this if that was the case. Does anyone know if there's any truth in these date changes?

Signing dates and times vary for each office. You should be notified of any changes. Your next signing date should be on your receipt from the Post Office.

Also the receipt is usually wrong for a few people and has been for probably a year or long for me.

You should get a text on the morning (or at least the day) before you sign on. So if you sign on the fifth, you should get a text today by around noon or so.

Worse case scenario, you can just walk down and ask at reception and they'll tell you

Text reminders are only issued to those who sign on the electronic key pads, which is less than half the offices. The post office receipts should have the correct dates unless you receive rent allowance, the the conflicting sign on days will cause N/A to appear on the receipt. If you are paid into the bank you get a postal reminder signing docket( very few are like this as all new payments since 2008 should be in the post office for control measure).
I would still go with if you have received nothing to the contrary sign tomorrow.

My partner's new signing date is wrong, he was told 26th Feb in the office and 27th Feb is printed on his receipt. 26th is more likely because it's a Tuesday and that's usually when he signs on.

Go down tomorrow anyway and see what the story is.
