Oil boiler needed

Can anyone tell me if there is any deals on at the moment for Oil boilers. I am thinking HE but are all HE condensing. Someone mentioned the brand Turco along with the usual Firebird/Grant. Existing boiler is in a small housing at the side of the house with a cement type flue. With the newer type HE I presume it will not need a flue to the roof top?
    Thanks
