Yeah same here said coupon not valid with collage mugs but on the terms and conditions on the promo page it says
Mug offer applies to 11oz single photo and collage photo mugs during the promotional period.

yea it was a collage for mug I was trying to get. it tells me its a shipping code and will get a reduction on the next page.

Also not working for me. Went through the link provided here. Chose Collage Mug (it says offer is for single/or collage) I am using the regular collage cup not the fancy one that shows photos when you fill in hot beverage. Uploading all photos, rearranging etc etc.

At the end where I can fill in coupon its says:

You have entered a shipping coupon. We will apply this on the shipping page.

Once I get to the shipping page it gives me a total of:

Order Summary
Items Ordered (1):€12.99
Postage:€5.95
Order Total:€18.94

So not sure if I am dong something wrong here or whats the deal. Maybe I misunderstand and the basic collage mug is not included but this is what it says:

If anyone figures it out please let me know. Maybe I am not allowed to add a title etc. etc.

Ok, I just added my ParcelMotel NI address and it doesn't recognize the code at all. Also as monkeysnapper said why would it link to/from an Irish site with discount/price quoted in Euro. Doesn't make sense that it would be only for UK residents.

Anyways, if anyone figures it out please post it here. Still some time anyways.

The €5 DEAL is only on the Mug valued at €8 and does not seem to be valid for any other mug... You can use code SFIE73 to get an Extra 30% OFF other Mugs if you wish and I think if you spend over €20 you can enter a code for Free Shipping as well......

Worked for me: the basic €8 mug came to about €15 in P&P at the second stage of checkout, but the overall total decreased to €5 at the next stage.

I don't think you can get anything else on the same order though - the SFIE74 reduction didn't seem to kick in if I attempted to claim any of the 20 "free" 6x4 prints I got as a sign-up bonus.

Thanks Cross and dozy doctor. Maybe its only for the most basic mug with 1 photo as you said but not the collage one even though it says the offer is valid for the collage mug. But then again it also says its only for UK residents in the terms and conditions so I think someone at Snapfish just didn't pay much attention.

Thanks op €5 mug ordered :-) For those wanting a collage why not use a photo editor to create your own and then add that as one photo onto the mug....

They aren't making it easy to avail of this offer...
Are you shipping to ROI address or UK? Any tricks to get the discount applied?

Edit to add: Never mind, it's not applying for a left hand mug but does apply for right handed mug.

Cheers for the heads up OP. Wasn't working for me either with the collage option so made a 3 pic mini-collage in Powerpoint (used snipping tool to grab it) and tried that instead with the standard mug which worked fine.

There was a warning about the resolution not being ideal but was only a few pixels off the recommended so hopefully turns out ok!

I can't get any mug for €5.:mad: When I enter the code it keeps saying: -

If I move on there is nowhere to enter a code on the shipping page.

Just choose the €8 mug, upload your picture, enter the code, move onto the next page and before you commit to purchase ir will change from €14.99 to €5... Just bear with it....

Okay success. I chose the €8.99 mug. Added a photo and checked out. I entered the code SFIE74 in the box and then clicked on checkout. DON'T click 'redeem your code'. That's where I was going wrong.

Once you have the code in the box click checkout straight away. Then I chose to pay by Paypal - I was bombed out of that twice. So I just paid Visa Debit.

That was epic - it took me hours to order it and only it was such good value I would have given up ages ago....:mad:
