Are you talking Td5? Anyone with any sense removes the system entirely, doesn't affect NCT/DOE. You can just isolate the exhaust end and disconnect the vacuum but you're better off binning the whole thing.

The better kits have blanking plugs for the various vacuum pipes. Helps the the engine breathe a touch better and you're not feeding crap back in to it.

There's kits for late 300tdi, pre and post 02 Tds and TdV6, not sure about tdci.

I had an issue with my MAF sensor recently. Car would lose power suddenly and only mange 80kms p/h ish. Restart the engine and she'd be fine again. Though it was the Turbo wiring failing, turned out to be broken MAF sensor.

What EGR Kits are available for the 2.4?

You'll need the ecu remapping on the tdci as it monitors the EGR.

Just find a spot where you can open the pipe just after the egr valve( two studs if I remember correctly on 300tdi), cut a piece of metal (I used the bottom of a biscuit tin) the size of the plate, bore two holes for the studs, drop it in and bolt it up. Works perfect on 300 tdi and patrol gr. No need to remove egr valve it stays working just no gas flowing through

after i do all thes change with egr blank etc and if it still happens, i be looking at maf sensor, im told to disconnect it and drive it, if its worse , its not maf and if no change , its the maf gone , the bosch one is over 200 euros and theres another one which is 100 euros delivered , so i hope its not

Only use LR or oem maf sensors, others don't last. Also when cleaning k&n filters don't over oil them, upsets the maf.
