OZC Agility SDD not recognised, even with its own toolbox download.

I purchased a 2 1/2"in OZC SSD a few months back and installed it into a laptop, just after Christmas the PC developed issues. I decided to format the drive and install it into another laptop. It accepted a fresh install of Windows XP, then the following day the drive would not show up, ie F2 prompt.

I then decided to download the OZC toolbox and try to format it in a USB external caddy. It too would not work or show up the drive.

Any suggestions?

Anyone else have trouple with these solid state drives? A normal drive yiou could at least hear the thing spinning.

I'd see if it shows up in one other device and if not, RMA.

Looking at the T&C on their website it states that you must have the original purchase receipt to make the warranty valid, what if the Hard Drive came in a laptop that you purchased SH on Ebay or where ever?

Except where prohibited by law the warranty is non-transferable

Your only "contract" is with the person who sold you the product. The retailer and manufacturer both have a contract with the original purchaser
