Could someone please tell me what needs to be done as part of this cars first service. It has 26.5km on clock . What exactly needs to be changed, oil etc and what should the main Volvo daler charge. Thank you..

It's often included in the purchase of the car (depending on dealer) so just check with them before you go anywhere else.

Only 26.5km on the odometer? Not very many kilometres

First service was not included in the purchase price. Mileage is approx 26500 km

According to the schedule, at 30k/12 months, its due and oil and filter change, a cabin filter change and a brake fluid change. Volvo are one of the only manufactures to have 12 month brake fluid changes but you will need to keep to it to maintain the warranty.

You don't, however, have to use a Volvo dealer to service it.

While I do know a lot about the S60, I don't know much about that side of things.

30k service intervals I think on most of the engine variants. Have a good few on the road (mainly 163ps diesels) and haven't had engine issues with them.
