Bang with Friends

This newish Facebook app has been released anonymously by a group of lads in California.

The premise is fairly simple, it connects to your Facebook account and shows a list of all your male or female contacts depending on your gender. You can then select all those "friends" who you'd be willing to hook up with. These "friends" will not be notified unless they also select you in their list.

So, would you be up for this? And if you got a notification that there was a mutual willingness to shag, what would your next step be?

I wouldn't see myself using this, the only people I am connected to on Facebook are family and close friends, no one I'd consider shagging!

The problem with the app is that you can see what friends are using it when you give it permission to be used. So it's not as anonymous as it claims to be.

Also, if i want to tap any of my (female) friends on FB, i find telling them works quite well...

These "friends" will not be notified unless they also select you in their list.

There'll be a lot of unrequited tags sent over the coming while. Sure why not, nothing to lose, eh?

I bet in a few months, the company will change its T&Cs, so people can see who selected them. But there'll be a paid upgrade that hides your unrequited requests.

At least that's what I'd do. Jeez, I should be a banker or a politician.

Look if I wanted to 'bang', 'shag' or 'bone' (to use the parlance of our times) somebody that I was friends with on Facebook I don't need some 'app' to do the work for me.

I'd do what any normal person would do.... painstakingly go through their profile and find what events they're attending and then continually show up at them and get drunk until I wear them down and they submit or they call the cops.
