    Hi

Is anybody using a TV tuner card connected to UPC cable but NOT a digi box?

It's all encrypted and unlike their sister companies on the continent, they don't supply CAM modules so, you basically can't see anything.

You will still be able to tune into a range of analogue channels in most cable areas except Cork where the network is digital only.

I have one in a computer and I can get some channels. It is hooked to the cable via a splitter. Te reason I ask is because I tried an old card in a machine and there's nothing bar two cable channels coming through.
